My Haflinger pony Flint had an infection in his jaw due to 2 molars that were damaged. The molars were extracted but soon after he started headshaking. In the beginning the shaking was mild but after a while it became so bad I couldn’t ride him anymore. I checked out everything to find out what was bothering him. I had professionals check his tack, teeth, allergies, photosensitivity etc.

In my search I found Joey’s website and a lot that I read about headshaking on her site rang true. Now Flint is doing fantastic. Since the cranio treatments the headshaking has almost disappeared. He has less tension in his body and is able to relax his head and neck, which he didn’t before.
After 5 sessions Flint and I are riding through meadows and forests where we couldn’t come near before because of the severe headshaking.
